When using Rate My Cat, you agree to:

Your Content: You retain ownership of photos and content you submit. However, by submitting content to Rate My Cat, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content on our platform.
Other Users' Content: Content submitted by other users is their property. You may not download, reproduce, or use others' content without permission.
Platform Content: The Rate My Cat platform, design, features, and branding are owned by us and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Uploading photos that do not contain cats
- Posting violent, sexual, or otherwise inappropriate content
- Creating multiple accounts to manipulate ratings or votes
- Using automated bots or scripts to interact with the Service
- Attempting to impersonate other users or administrators
- Collecting or harvesting user data without consent
- Reverse engineering or attempting to access source code
- Uploading content that infringes on others' rights
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in behavior we deem harmful to the community.
You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings. Upon deletion, your personal information will be removed, but submitted content may remain on the platform unless you specifically request its removal.
Service "As Is": Rate My Cat is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the service will meet your specific needs.
User Content: We are not responsible for content submitted by users. Users are solely responsible for their submissions.
Liability Limitation: To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Rate My Cat. If you are under 18, you should have parental or guardian consent to use the Service.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
